p(doom) collects long-horizon computer-use data through crowd-cast. The current dataset includes 2,600+ hours from 35+ rights-cleared contributors.

This role owns the data pipeline: desktop capture, storage, automated PII and credential redaction, action annotation, and model-based hindsight goals and synthetic thinking traces.

You will work across the native desktop app, backend, enrichment models, and privacy-preserving workflows. The work requires production engineering and research taste.
